Burnout and Drifting Rules

Rules & Regulations

  1. Each driver must register to compete.    

  2. All competitors must read and follow the rules of the event.

  3. Drivers must be a minimum of 16 years of age and have a valid driver’s licence.

  4. Only the competition vehicle is allowed in the pit area.

  5. CFS will not be held responsible for any damage or loss to any cars, parts, or personal property before, during, or after the event.

  6. Burnouts and Drifting are hazardous and high risk sport, therefore anyone with a serious health condition or who is pregnant may not compete.

  7. CFS is not responsible for any injuries sustained either by driver or pit crew. It is your responsibility to carry your own insurance for this purpose.  The speedways insurance only covers the speedway, not you.

  8. CFS has a zero tolerance policy for the consumption of any alcohol or any controlled substance by the driver or pit crews. Any person found in possession or under the influence of ANY substance will be disqualified and ejected.

  9. CFS reserves the right to refuse entry to any person and to reject any entry

  10. Any passenger vehicle may participate.

  11. All cars must have a CFS assigned number in the right hand upper corner of the windshield for identification.

  12. Only automotive type tires permitted. No studs, snow treads, or cut tires.

  13. A safety belt and DOT approved helmet are recommended.

  14. Fire retardant socks and gloves with Long sleeves and pant legs are recommended. 

  15. Vehicles must be road worthy.

  16. Racing thru the pits at any time will mean purse forfeit and or ejection from the event.

  17. Decisions of the OFFICIALS are final.

  18. Participants must Register.
