All items not mentioned are to be Stock.

INTENT

It is the Centre’s intent to provide a class of cars which are an entry level into the "rear wheel drive" classes. These cars will be fast and challenging to drive but less expensive to build, operate and maintain than higher level classes. Theses cars will provide close, exciting competition for the fans and the competitors with the emphasis on the driver, his crew and their setup and driving skills.  Where possible emphasis will be placed on protecting the competitors investments in their cars so that they can be easily and inexpensively upgraded to a higher level class at less expense.
