The CENTRE for Speed has the fastest, closest, toughest, action packed motor sports in the region. From our grass roots Enduros and weekly Mini Stock racing - to the bump and grind of the regions best Street Stock and Sportsman classes - to the ultra fast Maritime Pro Stocks - to Monster Trucks and more, the intensity of competition at "the CENTRE" is unparalleled. The CENTRE for Speed houses the regions largest and fastest paved stock car oval as it's centrepiece. Other facilities on the 128 acre site (the largest in Atlantic Canada) include a Mud Bog, Tuff Truck, Super Moto, Go kart and Sprint Midget tracks.
The CENTRE overlooks the beautiful Northumberland Straight which boasts the warmest waters north of the Carolinas. It is located 5 kms from New Brunswicks beautiful Parlee Beach in the village of Grand Barachois . Built in 1996 it is Atlantic Canada's newest motorsports facility. The year 2007 we'll mark the 12th anniversary of racing at the new facility while racing at the site began over 60 years ago with harness racing.
